2024 Conference Registration
IWLA is only accepting online registration and payment for our conference:
Building Bridges through Language: Empowering Multilingual Learners.
Register and pay using a personal or school credit card. The payment will be completed through PayPal.
Your Saturday registration will include: lunch, keynote, awards ceremony, and all activities offered on Saturday, October 5th. Social events include our morning snacks, the keynote speech, our grants and awards ceremony, the AATs, and our closing ceremony (that includes the Best of Iowa announcements). Friday workshops are $40 each for the half day session either morning or afternoon and includes continental breakfast and the evening Welcome Reception. (lunch on your own)
Registration Fees & Deadlines:
* Friday Workshops - $40 (1/2 day), $80 for both morning and afternoon workshops.
* Saturday Early Bird Registration: $90 (now through September 13).
* Saturday Regular Registration: $100 (Sept 14 - Sept 29)
* Saturday Late Registration: $110 (Sept 30 -Day of the conference)
Discounts Available:
IWLA is happy to offer discounts for this year's Saturday conference for the following attendees:
Presenters (new for 2024!):
Early Bird is $75 (through 9/13); Regular is $85 (through 9/29) Late is $95
Students (full-time undergraduate students) / Preservice Teachers / Retirees / BIPOC Educators:
Early Bird - $45 through Sept 13
Regular Registration - $50 (Sept 14 - Sept 29)
Late Registration - $55 (Sept 30 - day of conference)
Please note, the honor system should be used.
This will begin the registration process where you must input your own information and select payment options. Have your personal or school credit card handy.
You will be billed immediately and will also receive a follow-up email that contains your receipt (which can be given to or used by your school administration as verification of registration and payment).
*Please note that registrations started but not paid for within a week may be canceled.
